One more budget offering in Pune Real Estate market was unveiled and this time it was Om Developers. Last week,this project named Golden Palms had been launced at Wakad with a launch price tag of Rs.13.53 Lacs for 1 BHK and Rs.19.38 Lacs for a 2 BHK.

DSKDL gets aggressive with high discounts

I saw this advertisement is SAKAL, where DSKDL launched an aggressive scheme called ‘Vasant Utsav’ which boastes a discount around 7 Lacs for a 2 BHK and discount of 8 Lacs on a 3BHK. Although very less information was available as to which project they are offering this discounts into, it seemed interesting. One can probably check out more about this upto 10th May 2009 at
